I agree with GlueEater. DVD Shrink cannot handle the new Sony ARccOSS and Macrovision RipGuard encryptions on it's own, which is why a lot of people are having problems. There is absolutely nothing wrong with DVD Shrink. It's just not updated anymore.
@dana0069. speaking of transcoders, shrink is second to none in terms of quality, Nero recode2 is faster but not better. you have a few obtions if you want to continue using shrink. you can rip with Fabdecryter(free)first, buy anydvd($40), use VobBlanker or use the wizard. i would do any of the above, shrink is worht the extra step or money.
