First make sure Nero and your burner's firmware is up to date.
For nero check here..
http://ww2.nero.com/enu/Downloads.html For burner check here..
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_search.php
"17:14:10 #2 DVDREALLOC -21 File DVDVideoCompilation.cpp, Line 1183
Required file 'VTS_01_2.VOB' is not present"
It looks like you're missing a file that's required.
What did you use to rip the DVD (shrink, decrypter, ect..)?
What method are you using to burn your backup, automatically using the burn with nero option in shrink, or manually?

So you're using the burn with nero option in shrink.
Not sure why nero would complain about a missing file, have not seen this before.
Try this:
uncheck the burn with nero option in shrink
When you click on the backup tab in shrink choose to create an ISO image and burn with decrypter. Shrink will rip the dvd files, use them to create an ISO image, then automatically run decrypter to burn the image to disk.
If you don't have dvd decrypter, you can get it here...
