I would think that's its near impossible. I know nothing is impossible, but trying to fit 99 gigs on a cdr that can only contact about 700 mb. Cdr is not even 1 gig. You're asking for major shrinkage...and I'm not talking about cold water...lol.

I've seen loads of programs that say u can put dvd movies onto 1 cdr but them i dont trust and more so you have to pay for. i was tryin 2 find a freeware software but no luck. i've tried Nero and DVD Decrypter but as soon as i get the VOB files and put them into Nero the video stays the sam e but some how the audio dissapears. you know anything that could help with this problem ?
You can try this guide that converts DVD to VCD...but it's quite a task. Some of the guides are taken out, but this will give you an overview of what you do need to do.
You then can use Nero or Easy CD Creator to burn to your CDr. This might take from 5-15 hrs to encode the movie. If time is more important than money, try some of the freeware and invest in some quality media (TY, Verbatims, Maxell, Sony (Made in Japan), and Fujifilms (MIJ)). By the way, you will also need to get a DVD recorder ($40-$100).

I didn't catch one of your problems. All the audios are listed under the Video folder.
DVD Decrypter rips, but it does not compress. DVD Shrink has an option to rip and/or compress the movie. DVD Shrink also have the option to have Nero burn after it's done ripping and compressing the movie. You should try DVD Shrink to rip and compress the info to under 4.3 gigs. If your movie is larger than 4.3 gigs then you might give DVD Shrink a try.
It works flawlessly if done correct. There are problems with new encryptions that DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter can't overcome. AnyDVD is one of he best thing since porn sites for a wanna-be geek. AnyDVD may cost a few bucks, but it's worth every penny. Let me know if you have any success.

When the image is displayed too large or at a low resolution the image becomes pixilated (this is sometimes done purposely for special effect)
Remember Atari... The characters are block shapes compared to the new game console now. I remember playing a football game on Atari and it's one color vs another color that is shaped like blocks with tigs sticking out. That's the perfect pixal comparison.
