I got my psp for christmas.I played it but i wanted to use the internet.do i need a cord for the internet.Please let me know.

u need a router connection, i used linksys, u wont b able to use it every where, around the house but now every where, jus set up ur router name it sumthing u wouldnt find then, go to the psp home, go to settings, go all the way down, to network settings, and go on infastacture mode , and serch 4 1, and youll find 1

srry im so difficult i have a problem with instructions.Anyways I scaned and I only got 37% signal strength and anoth 35% the first one had security WEP the second one none.Then I selected the one with WEP security.What does SSID stand for?So I clicked the only option under SSID it was called 2WIRE642.Then It went to WLAN Security Setting.The options were none,WEP,WPA-PSK (TKIP)
I choose WEP because it was the security on the scan.Then(This is where I always get stuck at)it asked for WEP key.What does that mean.I like computers but Im just learning how to use code and html,etc.
