if that's what they are.. you should be able to make an image of it using disk utility then burn to DVDR or you can use toast to do the same.

I have used a couple of softwares that do the job (to convert DVD-ram files to mpg2)
1. Pixe VRF Browser
2. Mpeg2works4
3. Toast titanium 7
You need to have a DVD-RAM writer in your computer to read the files (but you already knew that!)

look up for the app name
On toast 7: 1 open toast, select video, insert your DVD-ram disk, click on media (instead of format), choose DVD. after a while, you will see your titles in the pane. drag one by one to he main pane. record as usual.

You may do with 1 app... But, pixe is the fastest to convert DVD-ram files to mpegs; can edit them also. But it is picky sometimes.
Toast may do the job, but i think it is slower.
mpeg2works has more options and converters (somwhat like ffmpeg)... consider it as a fine tuner for your mpegs or vobs

You only needed to scroll upwards...
But anyway here it is:
open toast,
select video,
insert your DVD-ram disk,
click on media (instead of format),
choose DVD. after a while, you will see your titles in the left pane.
drag one by one to the main pane (right).
Make an image file of your new DVD
record your new image (double click it) as usual.
