I am having problems with my Kiss DP 1500 Player (using EZLink NG). It is connected into my wired network. It is a fantastic pleyer, when it works. I am currently having problems playing back some files that I have downloaded. The files add into my library ok but when I try to play them on my player I get the problems. I get the usual "PLS WAIT" on the display and then the counter comes up "00:00:00" but then nothing else happens. Just a blanks screen and the inital counter on the screen.

I have contacted Kiss technical support. But who know how long they will take to get back to me. Just thought someone on the forums may have had a similar problem.

My only thinking leads me to beleive that the new files may be encoded with DivX 6 which they player is not advertised as supporting. Although I read on other threads that this should not be a problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.
