Tried copying a dvd with DVD shrink and got a message saying that a VOB file is corrupt. Any suggestions?

Thanks

The sector on that particular dvd, [or that VOB file] is corrupt. Even though it plays, it's damaged and won't be able to be re-copied.

When I first started backing up my movies a couple years ago, I used DVD X Copy and it seemed every copy had a bad sector and couldn't be recopied. Unfortunately when a sector is corrupt, there is nothing you can do. We need a brilliant coder who can write something which will fix these problems. DVD X Copy claimed they had the utility to do this, but it didn't work.
