Van Helsing DVD9 to single without bohus stuff?

Hi All,
Tried my first DVD Shrink run last night and although I got a reasonable back up Im not too sure how to remove the Bonus stuff?
I got rid of most Audio settings reduced other stuff while trying to keep the Movie as Big as possible but when id done everything I could think off I watched it encode to H/D and when the transfer got to 75% that was the end of the Movie and bits ( scene select )I wanted, but the remaining 25% was Bonus stuff etc that I was not wanting.
How do I get rid of these Bonus bits I dony want?
Also I recall seeing in DVD Shrink when reducing files a heading/file last in line (at the bottom on the left side in Shrink) a list of files Ive no idea what they are? Are they part of the Movie - Scene selection or what?
Can I reduce these? although they are not that big to be honest or should I leave well allone?

When you reauthor in shrink, after dragging the main title over, click on the compression setting tab and it will allow you to deselect the crap you don't want.

Been reading the threads you recommended but I have DVD FAB Decrypter is this that different from DVD Decrypter? Should/would I be better to D/L DVD Decrypter and use that?

DVDFab is a ripper that works similar to DVDdecrypter which is a ripper and a burner. The files look slightly different due to the way that DVDFab packages them. Here is a guide for using DVDFab:
