I want to install virus protection thru my IP but I'm getting a message to delete the Symantec (Norton)from my computer or I can't install it. When I try to uninstall the Symantec I get a message saying that I must enter an uninstall password, which I don't have nor have I any way of getting. What can I do to uninstall the Symantec virus protection. Thanks

Thanks for your response, however, I searched online and found a way to do it about a day after I posted the original question. Appreciate your help. I may need it at some point.

I think the default password is "symantec", so you could always try that as well. Of course, that won't work if it was changed, which is recommended.
