I recently downloaded a program from KaZaA and it was in .bin format. How do I open this file.

bin = cd image! should be a cue with it though! find the cue file for it, (if you cant, go to the cd-r forum and look at number 3 on bin/cue frequently asked questions)

When you have the cue, open nero burning rom and click file - burn image. Load the cue file and click open. then click burn!
