when im about to burn my dvd using Nero i get a messaget that says

Your project contains mor PAL than NTSC material, but will be encoded in NTSC if you use the current settings. Do you want to change the settings to PAL, so that your project will be encoded in the video mode that matches the majority of the projects contents??

what should i choose cause i chose yes and when i watched the movie the picture was really bouncy, is that why? thank you

This is interesting. I never heard of that before. Is it really possible to encode partially with two different cc formats?

If its givin u a hint that most of its in NTSC format, then stick with that. U already mentioned that PAL is jumpy for u soo, try NTSC and c if that rectifies the problem.
