mobil phone tools not working

i bought the mobil phone tools and installed it on my computer, but my v3 will not connenct to the computer. It says it is not found and then says to "Please wait..." and does nothing. It connects on my other computer though. Does anyone know why it's doing this? I think it might be something with the firewall?

also, usually the phone would be charging so that's how i know it's connected also, but now it's not.
