Hi I know how to rip individual chapters and everything but for some reason when I try to get 2 episodes of ATHF (through chapter ripping with DVD decryptor) they have the directors commentary instead of the regular audio (on the special features they have director commentary). When I watch the dvd normally it doesn't have the directors commentary on the normal playthrough. I tried using DVD Ripper Platinu, but you have to have a serial (when I used the preview mode it played how I wanted it to).

Try using DVD Shrink. Seems to work best for me. Never had a problem with it.
