I currently have a file of the movie Blade that is too big for VCD and I would like to split it so I can put it on 2 CDs. What program can I use to split the avi file? I tried a few programs, but nothing successful. Please advise.

VirtualDUB, can be gotten from the software section of this site!

All you have to do is basiacally use the start selection and end selection buttons in virtualdub (the last 2 buttons) to select the first half. Then click video - Direct Stream Copy, click Audio - Direct Stream Copy and click file save avi and save it as blade1 or something like that

then do the same for the second half of it!!
