is there any program that i can install on my HD that lets me manage my memory card , like compressing or storing saves on my HD , and that it runs directly from my HD no exploit stuff.

there are allot of .elf's that do just that and running one from the HDD has nothing to do with exploiting, i think your a bit lost here.
