It seems that Universal and Ritek are the most praised and affordable high-quality media. For those fortunate to have used both, can you tell us which one is better (ie. less coasters)...or do both brands result in zero coasters??

I've never used Ritek but I can tell you out of a 50 pack of Universal, 0 became coasters. Play perfect in 4 different dvd players I've tested on. Grade B dvd-r's can't do that 100% of the time.
