Hello, i new to all this but i hope someone can help.

I have a jap 1.5 psp, it came with a load of discs with games, f/l v8 and devhook on. these games all play. i have since brought a load of games on disc that have been zipped into rar, i unzip these but each game has loads of files none of these games have the disc icon, i cant find the iso file in any of the rar files.

I am so lost with all the info on this site, lol that i feel like giving up on the whole thing. I just cant get any of these games to work. All my emus (f/l v7,f/l v8) and devhook are all in the rite places but still nothing happens

open the first rar file for the game( should have a name lik nfsr00 or nfsr001). this should create d iso

I will try what you have suggested,thanks, but some of the games on these discs are in iso form (disc icon) and i still cant get them to play. I dont put a umd in as i have devhook, but do you think this will help? I didnt get a demo umd with the psp so could i use a movie 1 as these are a bit cheaper than game 1's

hey dude u tryed d other emulator 'UMD Emulator'.? i havrent heard u mention it but give it a go some work with others some just dont

You may be limited in your ability to play some isos. I'm not sure what the full list of games running on dev hook, but I'm pretty sure some loaders require a game umd in place and not a movie. I could be way wrong though.
