When I transcode a video, I have two problems:
1) When I click start, it says "Transcode Complete" before it can reach even to 1%
2)When I click start, it doesn't get up to any %
Any idea what is wrong?

strange. u sure u doin the right method.selct the video to transcode select the profile and then start

actually i had a same problem i decided to try out Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter and was able to convert the file.

Yes. I'm doing evertything right. I have done this before. Some videos work, other don't. Is there other programs to convert movies? What about Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter as neranima says?
