Boycott those bastards who make aRccOS.- Sony DADC which parent co= SOny.... even though sony already has unimaginable about of money flowing in from everything.

Uhhhhhhhh one good reason to boycott Sony..........did we forget about the rootkit fiasco already? lol and please don't say something along the line of it was Sony/BMG and not Sony.....same damn company really. Maybe you think I'm being a little too harsh but I also don't buy my gas from Exxon ever since the Valdez episode way back in '89....bastards are bastards no matter how great the product they make.

i like it. use a sony vio pc,sony burner, and sony media to copy sony movies. ya gotta love it. its like shooting someone with there own gun,that they bought for there own protection.

i buy ty's... which ty makes some of the SONY media..
i am getting my second SONY ps2...
i have a SONY 50 disc changer sound system...
i do have a few SONY dvd players in the house..
i have a few SONY universal remotes..
i may get a SONY psp soon too..
u're just trying to lash out at something... grow up..
as we all can see.. you like using SONY media as you posted in this other thread...

ur right i do have a spindle of Sony DVD-R but i got those way before i found our about their ArCCOS crap. And the computer i use to bunrn is a Sony Vaio laptop.
exactly as u listed, it pisses me off to see such a hugh money making company making loads of $ from everything and being annal over a little copy protection of DVDs and try to screw the consumers's rights. don't they make enough money??

Boycotting Sony Media is not good. Sure Sony has some heavy copy protection, but they sell us Really Good Media to do what we do.(IRONIC!) I don't agree with the idea. I Love Sony DVD+R MIJs (TYs) I will buy them as long as they sell them. Besides, not buying their media will not hurt them. Want to hurt Sony? Don't buy their PC's!!! Build your own! Now that will hurt them, a little. Just my 2 cents.

Hmmmmmm people get all upset over how Sony wanted to place spyware and Rootkit crap on their computers and turn around and buy everything else they make in sight and explain it away with "But they make really good stuff".........fine keep telling yourself you are doing the "right" thing just because they dangled a carrot in front of your face. Jeeze..Sony has won already if that's the case and they are the ones laughing all the way to the bank. More examples: Firestone tires and Ford Explorers.....remember that combo? Either you have the cajones to make a stand or your don't but please don't try to explain why you still buy Sony products by picking and choosing what you think you can't live without....puhhleez!
