Hello, I am a long time halo pc modder, and am looking to start modding halo2 via softmodding my xbox first. I know many people who are on xbox live with softmodded xboxs, and they all used Action Replay on Spinler Cell in order to get the new dashboard files onto their xboxs. I do not have Splinter Cell unfortunatly, i have 007 Agent Under Fire instead. So, i would like to know if i can still go on xbox live if i install this dashboard via 007 Agent Under Fire rather than SC. I have heard that some mods basically make your system incapable of going online, and i dont want to mess that up. The new dashboard itself is ready to be installed, but i dont want to run it until i am sure i can still go on xbox live with my games.

As I have said earlier, some of my friends downloaded their dashboards from this site, and can go online, but they only used Splinter Cell. All i have is 007. So if anyone can tell me whether or not i can go on xbox live with this dashboard, installed on this game, that would be great. thank you.
Ok don't worry about it. I found out that i could ftp without replacing my original dashboard. I just open up the dashboard from the game disc if i ever want to mess with anything. Thank you though. Mods can delete this topic if they want, I no longer need it.
