Made first backup..now how to edit menus?

Okay, I've successfully made a backup of my first movie using anydvd and clonecd and I found it to be pretty straight forward. Next thing I want to do is remove the buttons/links in the dvd menu that link to the already removed items such as trailers and deleted scenes. Is there an easy tutorial on how to do this?

TMPGEnc, DVD-Lab Pro. Editing programs such as these are the utilities you need if you are going to author your own movies personally.
