FIRSTLY YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE SeiPSPTool HERE:http://www.hackmypsp.com/plugins/p13_download_manager/getfile.php...

1.Install the tool and launch it. This is what it looks like.



* Select "Convert 1.5 to 1.0
* You should see this.



* Now just navigate to the two folders that contain the EBOOT files. First select the EBOOT file that is in a folder that has a "%" in its name. The second EBOOT file, take it from the folder that doesn't contain a "%" in its name.
* This image should make it clear.



* Select "Convert" and your done!!!
