This is the ripping software I have:
ImToo
DVD Decrypter
DVDFab Decrypter
Xilisoft Ripper Platinum

And I use Nero to burn.

I'm constantly having problems when I try to copy a DVD. ImToo never gets the audio/video lined up. It is always out of synch and gets worse as the movie goes. DVDFab doesn't let me choose which audio track I want so sometimes I get French. It also breaks the rip into different files so that there won't be one huge one. This is a problem because when I burn it, there will be problems when it goes from the end of one file to another. I've had it go out of synch or switch languages even. Xilisoft looks to be the best so far but the quality sucks sometimes. Can someone please help me out here?

Rip dvd to DivX AVI format, Set video size to 720x480, bitrate to 1200.

Yeah, I read that thread. The bitrate is 1200 by default.
