I have downloaded many videos and and stuff and used virtual dub mod tmpge etc. I am currently downloading some files that look like this
Sample/mptdvd-hmc-sample.vob
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.nfo
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part001.rar I dont know what to
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part002.rar with these files when
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part003.rar they are done. Can
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part004.rar someone tell me wut
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part005.rar to do with these
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part006.rar files after they
mptdvd-hmc-dvdr.part007.rar finish.

Ok What do i do if i just want to make a dvd out of these files that will play in my dvd player. Is there some way to turn them into mpegs and encode them to be burnable to a dvd that will play on a dvd player.

It's one movie. WinRAR chops it up into all of those connector files. If you follow AndMerr's advice, download and install "WinRAR". Once installed, the files will all become associated with WinRAR. Simply click the first file mptdvd-hmc-DVDR.part001.rar and WinRAR will open a dialogue window with the movie inside. Click the extract button and the folder will save to the same directory the current rar file is in. The extraction could take a few minutes based on the size of the movie. If this really doesn't make sense. Here is a graphical walk through guide for using winrar:
