Trouble ripping anime movies

I would like to add my Inuyasha movies to my PSP memory stick but when ever I rip these movies I run into two problems. The first is the entire movie is spoken in Japanese. Second at certain sections of the movie the movie will skip. For instances there are section in the movie were I would have the option of viewing dialog in English text or in Japanese text at these very sections of the movie is where my playback skips.

I use a combination of programs to rip movies. DVD Decrypt and PSP9 are what I use. Can I rip these movies in a way so that they do not skip and will play back with English voice over?
