Hello-

Got my THX sound card- Creative Xfi
Got my THX speakers- Creative 5300's

Now how do I play a DVD in surround sound? Windows Media Player and NVDVD are the only 2 players I have. They both only allow stereo. Do I need to get a new player?

You hit the nail right on the head. Power DVD 6, Asus DVD player, WinDVD Platinum, Nero 7 premium package. All have the option to play surround.
