nokia 6102b- pc suite troubles!!!

i just recieved my ca-42 cable and driver disc. i tried to install it, but instead of recognizing the nokia modem, it keeps reading "motorola comp". i had a motorola and used mpt but i unistalled that and removed the modem drivers for that, but it keeps recognizing it wrong. and then when i try to add the nokia modem, there arent any ports on the list for me to choose from! ive been going in circles for 2 hours! any suggestions? maybe another program i should try that will work with the ca-42? or am i doing something wrong???
