is there not a app for evox like the ms dash saves manager?

I'm not quiet sure about evox but, I use unleashed X and that has a gamesave manager built in.

Yeah, its call Xbox Media Center :D Or, if you modded it right, you can have the MS dash as well as evox and XBMC...thats how mine is setup. You can do all that with AID 2.11 (Auto-Install Deluxe 2.11 Final). If you are going to use that, there is a tutorial at www.se7ensins.com telling you how to install it and how to get the ms dash, evox, and XBMC on your xbox.

i have evox x installed but ms dash option is in red is there a way to change this so i can use ms dash as well with out having to reinstall the softmod as i have not got the splinter cell game anymore? thxs for all the help

I told you about AID 2.11, go to se7ensins.com to learn how to download it, burn it and use it to install what you want.
