Hey i've created the web connect and everytime i go to test the internet the psp says. connection error has occurred, the access point was not detected. Can ANYONE help ME!!!

You need a wireless access point to use the internet on your PSP. Your PSP doesn't connect to any computers it only connects to routers or an internet wireless access point. Otherwise you have filled out your connection details wrong.
