I know how to rip vob files off a dvd. What I want to do is to them make these into a format ie, produce a 1 or 2 minute clip that when I e-mail it to friends it's guaranteed to open (eg some me not have divx etc. There's so many codecs and I find flask a bit complex for a beginner.
