i was just wondering, do i have to have a modchip in my ps2, or do i just need a swap cd program to play neogeo emulator games?
give me ALL THE INFO I NEED. I DONT WANT TO MOD MY PS2, BUT PLEASE GIVE ME FYULL EXPLANATIONS PLZ. or links thx

well i would figure it this way, although i am not 100% sure
as i do not use emulators on my PS2, only my xbox.
If it is a bought discs then you should have no problem
playing it.
If it is a disc you burn then you will need to have a method
of loading it like Swap Magic & fliptop, or modchip.
All discs you burn yorself will need a method to load them, and
you will have to mod the PS2 in some way to do it.
