Seabiscut playback problem

I decrypted Seabiscut using DVD Decrypter, then used DVD shrink 3.2 to create an ISO image, then burned using NERO. Playback results are there's some kind of directors commentary playing in the background and I can't shut it off, I can play it on shrink with no problem (no commentary), the only thing I removed as I ran DVD Shrink was the option for 5.1 audio. Does anybody have any ideas?

I usually delete everything except the AC3 5.1, you may have deleted the regular audio leaving only the directors commentary.
