Initial D the live movie will not burn

Initial D the live movie will not burn. The movie is a DVD-9 so i tried to use DVD2One and it seems like it would work but it gets to a point and says that the movie is encrypted. so i took the movie to DvD Decrypter and i then it runs into an error:

I/O error!
Scsistatus 0x02
interpretation check condition

CD8 28 00 00 04 D3 F0 00 00 01 00
interpretation: Read(10)-Sector 316400
Sense Area f0 00 03 00 04 d3 f0 12 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 89 01 00 00
interpretation no seek completed

Does anybody know how to get around this or lead me to another decrypter so that i can burn this movie.

I used the newest version of AnyDVD and CloneDVD and it worked fine
