Ever since I downloaded DVD43, DVD Shrink seems to work fine, but when the movie is burned the first chapter is missing.
Now Ive backed up all of my DVD collection, which is 100+ movies and Ive never run into this problem.

any insight? This has happened with Flight Plan and Brothers Grimm.

This happens a lot with the newer movies. I was able to get both of them done perfect. If you do not have it download DVDFab Decrypter. It is a free download. Decrypt it and then shrink it.
When you open the file in shrink you can re-author. This is nice if you want to get the movie only. (Watch shrink's preview to make sure the movie started at the beginning)

You can also get PgcEdit for free to help with some stuborn files. Also VobBlanker is a free program to use. And to top it all off and make your life really easy. Get AnyDVD. It will run in the background and get rid of all the unwanted stuff. AnyDVD comes with a 21 day trial. I just figured this one out the other day!
