is it possible to download Final Fantasy XI and run it with hard drive advace? instead of buying the offical ffxi harddrive

I don't think so. Among other things, its a dnas enabled online game, and you cant get online while playing a dnas enabled game off your unofficial hd.

i already have the game for pc but i was hoping if i had it for ps2 i would have more FPS

at where i live EBgames sells used official sony HDD's for like $30 each and they have 3 of them hanging behind ps2 controllers. looks like they are not that popular anymore.
