Help!! The buttons on my keypad stopped working on my Razr

All of a sudden, the bottons on my keypad stopped working. The only button that works is the red/off button. Everytime I press a button on the keypad, it tries to go to the internet.

I never dropped my phone or did anything to it. I had it for about 2 months now.

Anyone konw what the problem is, or where I can go to get it fixed. I can't make any calls or access the phonebook or anything. Please help. Thanks
