for my slim line ps2.... v13....
there are 3 switches that notify the ps2 door is open/closed....

2 of my switches are fine... but 1 switch is not....
i need help finding out if im missing a piece, or if something else is wrong......

the switch in the back right, with the white cube on it, when the lid is shut it pushes it to the right.....

mine pushes to the right, but hits nothing? .... it should trigger some sort of switch, but mine just moves back and forth hitting nothing ...... im missing a piece... or something...

i took my case off, and now this switch does nothing.... when i put the case back on, and i move the switch ... it hits nothing.... i think i knocked a piece off of the case when i opened it ....

i need some help please....

you did nothing wrogn you dope. thats just how its made. since you're using these you;re probably using swap magic. just put swap magic in, close lid, start it up, when the screen comes up that says Load program and Video mode, open it up and swap, its fine.

no you misunderstood.. theres 3 pieces, and 1 of the 3 isnt working for me cuz the disc will never start to spin while my cover is open...

the piece in the back right, when i opened my ps2 and looked, it isnt touching anything so somthing is wrong... whats the switch look like for this 3rd piece
