I already backed up the complete disc of The Longest Yard. Out of curiosity I decided to burn it again but just the main movie. During analyzing, DVD shrink stops with 4 seconds left (Extras after the main movie) and gives me an error message. So I can't just burn the main movie this way.
What program can I use to delete the extra files and which one are they? If this is even possible.

Try using DVD Decrypter to rip that disc. It's usually pretty good with these type of discs. Switch you media diffenttly to taiyo yuden or verbatim.
Tried that, does the same thing. Thought I could posssibly delete the extra files and keep the files for the main movie since Decryptor will read them. Oh well, thanks anyway.
