I've now downloaded 3 different avi files because i thought there was something wrong with the 1st then the 2nd and now the 3rd!!

Basicaaly i'm using vso divx2dvd to convert them and after it has done the conversion i see that it has created the following files:

VIDEO_TS.BUP-6kb
VIDEO_TS.IFO-6kb
VTS_01_0.BUP-34kb
VTS_01_0.IFO-34kb
VTS_01_1.VOB-894,428kb

Now when i open nero vison xpress and i click make dvd and then add files i select the .VOB file and then it starts to do its thing EXCEPT it will split this file into 3 parts!!!! One is 30min next is 21 seconds and the other 11mins!! So its like doing my head and i dunno how to fix it!! Anyone know how i can fix this? I tried taking the .VOB file into dvd shrink and then use reauthor mode and then use the reauthoured vob file in nero but it still does the same thing!! I'm using nero 6 and its got ALL the latest updates! This problem has only occured on 4 files out of around 30 files!!

Please help me fix it!

Why are you trying to author an already authored file?
Open Nero (not nerovision express), select the DVD Video template, drag all those files from right to left, and burn.

ummm ok, wat i mean is that the orignal file is in AVI format so obviously i need to convert them into VOB files so that they are dvd complient. The only reason i'm using Nero vision express is so that i can create a menu....... or am i missing something here?
