UPSIDE DOWN MOVIES

When I download movies off of bearshare there always upside down when I play them, does anybody know what this is about or how to fix it?

Are they divx, xvid, mpg? What player are you using to play them?

i am havin exactly the same problem i can flip the films the right way up but when i try to encode and burn them they always turn out upside down and then i carnt flip them because im tryin to play them in standalone DVD player

I'm having the same problem. It's an xvid file (I have the codec installed) and I'm using DVIX player 2.0.

@Trim The problem with it flipping during the burning process that sounds like you are using nero to convert to VCD. I think there is a sticky on the VCD / SVCD forum about that.

@Susie, Is it happening with only one movie or the DIVX 2.0 player? Have you tried to play the movie in another player like WMP?

That's the only xvid movie I have. Other video's play just fine. I have tried to play it in WMP, but it won't play even though I have the XVID codec installed...
