I just got my psp 2 days ago and downgraded it to 1.50...i'm just wondering if i need to download any emulator sort of things onto my psp to run downloaded games. If an emulator is needed, i would appreciate anyone who can teach me where to put the emulator file and stuff..

Well I don't know about downloaded games, but you can use Fastloader and UMD Emulator to play backed up image files of games called ISOs. You can download them both from www.psp-hacks.com. Just go into the download section.
