I AM LOSING SUBTITLES AFTER I BURN TO DVD USING EITHER MEDIA CENTER AS ORIGINAL SOURCE OF INPUT THEN WATCHING ON MEDIA CTR I SEE CLOSED CAPTIONS FINE BUT WHEN I USE MY WINCREATOR TO MAKE CHAPTERS AND MOVIE TO DVD WHAMO NOTHING NO SUBTITLES/OR CLOSED CAPTIONS THEIR GONE EVEN WHEN I CHECK OFF CLOSED CAPTION UNDER TOOLS WITHIN THE WINDVDCREATOR PROGRAM...
OTHER PROB IS I DOWNLOADED .AVI MOVIE AND IT SHOWS EXCELLENT BUT WHEN I USE MY WINCREATOR TO MAKE MOVIE W/CHAPTERS FOR DVD IT SHRINKS AND IS HALF SIZE IN HEIGHT AS BEFORE AND BEFORE WAS SMALL SINCE IT IS WIDESCREEN FORMAT ANY IDEAS OUTHERE PLEASE HELP THX...

i dont knwo much abotu wincreator, but sometimes the dvd it self can effect results, try different dvd's if it does the same thing, then look at how its being saved to the computer, if it is, look at what type of file its saved as, it might have information that didnt show on the process chart while wincreator is running, or one simple thing you can do is try a different type, like at this site page i searched for you http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tag=srch&qt=dvd+burning+... or try http://www.thefreecountry.com/utilities/dvdcdburning.shtml i havnt seen the whole site yet but try those
