XBMC Fatal Error Skin version, Don't know what to do next

I was running unleashX fine on my hardmodded xbox with an EvoX BIOS.
I recently downloaded the newest version of xbmc and it was running fine as an app. so i decided i wanted to run it as my dashboard, but i got a fatal error:

XBMC Fatal Error:
No Suitable skin version found.
We require at elast version 1.2200

Init network using dash settings...
IP address:192.168.0.3

Starting FTP server...
FTP server running on port 21, login:xbox/xbox



Press any button to reboot

So I tried looking through the other posts and they said hold X+Y to get a full log to see if anythings wrong, but i cannot get anything more that that above. i transfered everything exactly from the xbmc that was in the apps folder to my c: drive, but it won't work. I have pm III.
