Just wondering if anyone is having this same type of problem???
AND WHAT TO DO??
Tried to burn a copy of [Akira Kurosawa's] "Samurai 7:vol.3" (anime).
I did burn 1&2 with no problems...a couple of months ago. When I place the dvd in my drive it doesn't even read it...its as if there is no disc! I've tried.....AnyDVD, DVD Region+CSS Free, DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter(most recent ver.), I've even tried to play it w/PowerDVD & BlazeDVD before trying to decode.....NOTHING NEITHER OF MY DVD BURNER DRIVES ARE READING IT: NEC DVD_ND-3520A & NEC DVD_ND-1000A internal!...ANY INPUT & HELP........WOULD BE MUCHO MUCHO APPRECIATED!

I have had this issue with bad media. What brand are you using? I recommend Verbatim. Does it play in a stand alone player?

Thanks,

I'm having a problem reading the original movie NOT the blanks.
The disc is clean & free of scratches, but for some unk. reason its not being read by any of my drives. I know they work because i just burned a copy of the Family Guy.

I use Ritek & they work excellent!...thanks!
