DVD recorded show doesn't read on PC

I recorded a tv show onto a dvd-rw. It's been finalized to video mode already. And when I put it in the PC, it doesn't work.

I put in Original dvd, audio cd and they both worked.

When I opened the disc, there was a VIDEo_TS folder. and inside there were VOB, IFO,etc files.

It's a Toshiba SD-R2312 DVD-Rom/CD drive.

Any advice is appreciated.
