V1.5 PSP loading Lord of the Rings Tactics UMD

I have a UMD of Lord of the Rings Tactics. A few weeks ago I got the game to load through UMD Emulator 0.8. I didn't have any ISOs on the PSP. The list was blank on UMD Emulator 0.8. I had the default settings for the program. I hit X and the game started up and I was able to play.

Since then I loaded some ISOs on my had drive and then tried to load Lord of the Rings Tactics the same way. Now the game goes to a splash screen and shuts the PSP off. So I tried to take the ISOs off and it still shuts down the PSP. I also tried using DevHook .22 and UMD Run V1 and get the same effect.

Does anyone know what is up with that?

Seem like a lot of people have same problem like this. I dont know how is that happens. But my works ok. Hopefully, someone will help you.

Try starting lord of the rings with COPY LOAD in the ISO EMULATION MODE. Remember that the ISO's must be put in a folder in the ROOT DIRECTORY, just BESIDE the PSP folder

My PSP always turns off before the main menu. Im loading it with umd emulator 8c and copy mode. Can u tell me how to load the iso?

it is called sony's new dnas security

let me explain

certain games that require firmware version 2.00 and above cause a new malfunction to occur if you try to load on a lower psp firmware it installs the new dnas on your psp internal memory thinking you have version 2.00 then it locks out the game from booting

so have fun if you able to get it working again you will be lucky

i have lord of the rings tactics on umd and i thought it was REALLY sh*t , what a waste of money , it didnt live up to what i thought it would be like

was v1.5 (got stolen)new ceramic white 2.6---> downgraded to 1.5 :D
