What are some good site about modding gamecube I am planning on buying one from a friend for 20 bucks and was wanting to get a mod chip for it but don't know much about gamecube. Is there a plug in mod chip or what? Thanks alot!

I believe all of the modchips out now require soldering. Unless of course you follow the guide a few threads down detailing use of Max Drive Pro.

By the time I saw that thread I had already installed the Viper GC Extreme in my cube. If you do decide to go with the mod-chip, this is a great site.
