BUP IFO error in CDCheck

I have a NEC 4551a and I just changed the firmware on it to 1Z2 from CDInfo It was suppose to make the drive able to change the bitsetting for the DVD+R disc.
This is from CDCheck
The error that I having is
"F:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.BUP <-> E:\Ghost In the Darkness\VIDEO_TS.BUP";"F:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO <-> E:\Ghost In the Darkness\VIDEO_TS.IFO"
error;compare;content mismatch (99% match, first difference [B]: 35, mismatching [B]: 1/6144) (code: 62);F:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.BUP <-> E:\Ghost In the Darkness\VIDEO_TS.BUP

And I copyed two Disc both with those errors so when change in the book setting is this error standard. Oh yea I watched the movies and they are both fine.

Also I'm thinking about getting DVDClone 2 so I'll have backup software. Is that a good idea.
