been using easy video joiner to join my avi files did it 6 or 7 times no probs but the last couple of films that i have d/l and tried to join it sets of gets too 50% then jumps straight too 100% when i check play back there is only the first file there checked both files and both play perfect on my pc but trying to join them so i can put them to dvd

to join avis they must be the same video and sound format (an AVI may be XviD DivX Uncompressed etc they all carry the same file type *.avi), resolution & fps, GSpot will give you the exact details of your files virtual dub is a good free AVI encoder that will allow you to make these files identical it will also join them for you a google search will bring up plenty of guides to help you with this if your files are the same try contacting the maker of easy video joiner
