I am looking for a freeware program to convert my mpeg files to dvd so i can burn them. Please help me out.

try vso DivX to dvd available here on the site it also creates chapters automatically and runs fast only thing it doesn't do is create menus here is the link

there is a paid version which will put files into 5.1 sound and is much faster
